Terms of Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Amex MultiSync (including but not limited to UI/UX design, web development, IT support, and software solutions), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Amex MultiSync offers:

  • Digital design (UI/UX, branding)

  • Web and app development

  • IT support and managed services

  • Hosting and infrastructure solutions

  • Technology supply and procurement

All services are subject to project-specific agreements and scope definitions.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely feedback

  • Secure necessary licenses for third-party materials

  • Comply with all applicable laws

4. Fees & Payments

  • Pricing is outlined in project proposals or statements of work

  • Invoices are payable within [15/30] days of receipt

  • Late payments may incur interest (1.5% monthly) or service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables remain Amex MultiSync property until full payment is received

  • Upon payment, clients receive license rights as specified in the project agreement

  • Amex MultiSync retains rights to showcase work in portfolios (unless under NDA)

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amex MultiSync’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for:

  • Third-party actions (e.g., hosting providers)

  • Unauthorized modifications to deliverables

  • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss)

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with written notice

  • Client pays for work completed and expenses incurred

  • Termination does not relieve confidentiality obligations

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in [specify jurisdiction] courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
